My name is Mr Thokchom Dhanabir Singh. My father name is Late Thikchom Gambhir Singh and mother name is Thokchom ongbi Leimaton Devi. We are four brothers and I am the third one. The first one is Late Thokchom Mobikumar Singh who was an Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police. Second one is Thokchom Kesho Singh who is a Superintendent Emgineer (Retd.) of Command Area Development Authority, Goverment of Manipur and third one is Thokchom Sharatchandra Singh who is an Up Adaksha of Imphal West -II Zilla Parishad. I live at Kwakeithel Heinoukhingnembi Thokchom Leikai, Imphal - 795001 under Singjamei Police Station, Imphal West District, Manipur, India under 21 - Naoriya Pakhanglakpa Assembly Constituency.
I have a vision - a dream a vision of making Manipur as one of the reichest state in the North Eastern Region in terms of Connectivity, Economic Development, Culture, Traditions, Economic Resources, Health, Employment Opportunities and Education but be free from Poverty, Diseases, Crimes, Discrimination, Torture, Killings and Atrocoties from anti-social elements to live in Peace and Tranquality forever.
I also aims to bring Love, Peace, Unity and Harmony among the 40+ communities living in Manipur since the 2000+ years keeping the "Territorrial Integrity" of Manipur intake.

Underwent No. 124 Flying Pilot Course of Indian Air Force from 1978 to 1979 at Air Force Administrative College (AFAC), Coimbatore,; Elementary Flying School, Bidar and Air Force Academy, Hyderabad and flown 58:30 hours including Solo flying in Fighter Jet Aircraft and Propeller Aircraft from August 1978 to October 1979;

Awarded coveted Para Wing after successful 5 (five) Para Jumps at Paratrooper Training School, Agra; and

Have got Solo in Gliding in 1978 to be the first batch of Glider Pilot of Manipur from No 1 Manipur Air Squadron Flying NCC, Imphal and completed 111 One hundred eleven) lunch at Tulihal Gliderdrome;

Have worked as the First One Member of Manipur at the North Eastern Regional Advisory Committee of Small Industries Development Bank of India, Government of India fro 1991 to 1993;

Have worked as Founder Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Manipur Agricultural & Industrial Briquetting Plant, Imphal from 1989 to 1999. It is a small scale industry unit manufacturing fuel from agro and forest waste like husk and saw dust which substitutes Coal and Firewood as fuel. It protects environments and maintain ecology;

Have worked as Regional-in-Charge of Auditya Finance & Investment (India) Limited from 1985 to 1987 which has given employment to 150 + unemployed persons of Manipur.

Presently working as Founder President of Global Peace Foundation since 2015. It aims to remove Poverty, increase Power Generation from Solar & Wind Power, increase Agriculture Production, impart quality Education, increase Connectivity inside and outside Manipur to the neighbouring States and Countries and increase Employment opportunities through Industrialization;

Have worked as the President of Kangleipak Kannalup (KANGKAL) from 1980 to 1981 ;

Have pioneer Meirapaibi Movement 1980 in Manipur ;

Have organized the First Meirapaibi Rally of 12,000 + Meirapaibi demonstrators to remove the Armed Forces Special Power Act (AFSPA) 1958 from Manipur soil;

Have also pioneer Yaoshang Sports Movement in 1980 and organized two consecutive Annul State Level Yaoshang Sports Festival in 1980 and 1981 and have also pioneer Prohibition Movement in 1980; and

Have worked as President of Youth Rising Star Club (YRSC) from 2000 to 2003.

Have prepared and published 50 (fifty) types of viable Project Reports for Tiny, Cottage and Small Scale Industry Sector to initiate the industry revolution in Manipur;
